Product Operations Lead

About the role:
Product Operations is an operational function that optimizes the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. The Product Operations Lead will support the R&D team and their go-to-market counterparts to improve alignment, communications, and processes around the product. This role works as a liaison between our product managers, client executives, and engineering teams and will have an active role during bi-weekly sprints.
The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise using Jira, be a strong communicator, and have strong attention to detail. While this role is based in our Boston office, we offer flexible work arrangements and/or a remote option for out of area candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
- Develop and maintain reporting tools of products in development
- Collaborate with product engineering team on weekly sprints
- Suggest requirements and refine JIRA ticket process and Sprint planning
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
- Collaborate on all client deliverables
- Work and resolve any client problems with the models or client inquiries
- Maintains and manages Product Client Open Items Log
- Assists with new client implementation roadmap
- Assists with new model implementations with existing clients
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product operations or relevant related experience
- Proficient using Jira and understanding the sprint planning and ticketing process
- Demonstrated history owning product implementations from start to finish
- Ability to translate technical business problems into easily understood requirements and user stories
- Proven results influencing stakeholders and displaying improvements
- Conversational in AI/ML, software architecture, Python, etc. is nice to have
