Location: No location restrictions, we hire remotely worldwide 🌍

Hours: 40 hours per week for full-time, you're free to choose your own hours as long as there's some overlap during the daytime of our CET team for meetings and other culture events

Part-time options: We'll consider part-time options for this role, mention what you're looking for in your application

Salary: Starting at €79,500 - €99,000

Note: We've defined a salary range for this role based on the level of initiative and experience we're looking for. This isn't the “limit” and there's room for you to grow at Frontastic.

Are you a great communicator that loves to enable others, improve processes and provide insights that lead to better decisions? As the Product Operations lead at Frontastic, you’ll work closely with the product team and help establish and maintain the processes, artifacts, and knowledge exchange that help our teams do their best work in building a product that solves our customer’s problems.


🔥 What you'll be responsible for
  • Take ownership for maintaining smooth product processes and the related activities
  • Continuously improve and refine the way that the product team work within Frontastic
  • Be accountable for running the Quarterly Product Review and roadmap process, facilitating conversations around the priority of initiatives and knowledge-sharing to the rest of the company
  • Own the internal product team tooling, establish internal best practices, and ensure team members are using tools effectively
  • Manage research and data functions and ensure Product Managers have access to the insights they need in order to be effective in their area of the product
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration around the product, and use product insights to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions
  • Facilitate conversations between product managers and leadership, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Own the overall key user journeys and the artifacts that represent them
  • Manage the product release process and support product managers in identifying the right actions for each Early Access, Pilot program, or General Availability release
  • Sit on the hiring team for roles in the product team, working with our Talent team to screen, interview and prepare technical tasks for candidates

💪 What you'll accomplish in your first 90-days
  • Get set up with a laptop, tooling and workstation of your choice with your home office allowance
  • Meet your Frontastic colleagues and learn about the tools we use to support asynchronous collaboration
  • Start participating in and contributing to regular product team sessions and product and development leadership sessions
  • Get to know the product managers and identify how you can mentor and support them in their work
  • Listen, learn, and gather feedback on how the current product development processes work and what value they provide
  • Take ownership of the key processes around product development; prepare to drive improvements where you see they’re needed
  • Take over the next Quarterly Product Review cycle and get ready to facilitate sessions, collect learnings and materials from the rest of the team, and organize a presentation for the rest of the company
  • Begin planning for a data and research function and how the two will contribute to product managers’ work


🧩 You'll likely have this experience
  • Deep knowledge of Product Management and previous experience working as a Product Manager in a modern product company
  • A great communicator and are comfortable presenting
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with clear agendas and objectives
  • Familiar with quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Process-driven, with a focus on efficiency and ease
  • Ideally have a background working on B2B products and an understanding of challenges as compared to B2C products
  • Program management experience is a bonus
  • Previous line management experience or mentoring experience is a bonus

🤝 Our hiring process

We've designed our hiring process with the candidate experience in mind. This is important to us as we know to build the best product possible, we need the best people. Learn more about our hiring process.

🕒 We aim to respond to all candidates within 72 hours (except weekends).

1️⃣ Submit your application to our team for review

2️⃣ Discovery call (60min) with Peter, our Chief Product Officer, to discuss the role, our culture, and find out if it's a good alignment with your own preferences and skills

3️⃣ Culture questions (via email) to see how you approach important topics such as growth and work planning

4️⃣ First interview (60min) with Heidi, our current Product Lead to have a deeper discussion about the role as well as find out how you'll make an impact inside the team

5️⃣ Second interview (60min) with Catherine and Allende to discuss our Product team culture, collaboration, and your role in detail

6️⃣ You will be invited to complete a presentation on a specific topic as part of the interview process. You'll have a chance to prepare a 20-minute presentation to a panel of Frontastic product and development team members, followed by a 40 minute Q and A.

7️⃣ Stakeholder Lunch (30min) an informal chat with members of the team to get to know who you'll be working with
