We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for streamlining product development processes, optimizing cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence across our product organization.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve product development efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Create and maintain documentation for product operations processes and best practices
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time product launches
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on product initiatives
  • Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product operations
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to optimize product-related operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations or related field, preferably in the tech industry or with SaaS products
  • Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and driving efficiency
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Asana
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic planning and process optimization capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
