About the Team
The TikTok Money Platform is responsible for providing a one-stop solution for financial matters across various monetization scenarios of TikTok. Its core functions include handling global financial compliance, taxation compliance, and financial regulations that are essential for monetization. Simultaneously, as a specialized team in financial compliance, it oversees the development and operation of solutions related to financial compliance. With the acceleration of monetization demands across TikTok's various business lines and its global operational scope, the capabilities related to financial matters need to be continuously expanded.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing end-to-end lifecycle operations of digital wallet users, including but not limited to formulating and executing user education and growth strategies, maintaining users, gathering internal and external user feedback and designing activities, services and benefits within the wallet to increase the user base.
- By analyzing data and user feedback, uncover the fundamental needs of users and encourage all collaborators to address these issues.
- Collaborate with the product team to establish product mechanisms and rules, continuously optimizing the user experience for wallet features.
- Establish a user growth platform that supports comprehensive user understanding and refined operational capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifations:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in user product operations, digital wallet experience preferred, demonstrating empathy, adept at establishing long-term, effective communication with users, and possessing a good aesthetic sense.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong logical thinking, capable of uncovering the essence of matters, possessing independent thinking, good judgement, a broad view of business operations, adept at proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficient in independent data analysis and excel at identifying key factors within the data.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, a strong drive, a sense of ownership, and a passion for product development.
