Product Operations Rep

Position Summary

This is the entry level for product operations work. Perform activities to ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer and trade rebate applications and non-rebate program support. Duties include managing pending work queues, work order processing and distribution, application data entry. Cross-trained on rebate, demand management and other programs in order to address program seasonality issues.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct data entry on a timely basis for residential and business rebate and non-rebate programs and services. Assure that all information is complete and accurate.
• Perform data entry for business and residential demand management program activities. This includes enrollment forms, service calls, maintenance work orders and installation orders. Identify issues or problems and support Specialists with analysis and recommendations to address issues.
• Support demand management teams on control days as necessary. This includes communicating with call center representatives on customer issues, cancellations, faxing orders to contractors, etc.
• May include settling customer disputes regarding program participation, credit adjustments or property damage related to Xcel Energy's programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional education in related field desired.
• One year of data entry and 10-key typing ability is preferred.
• Analytical skills and organization skills is preferred.
• Demonstrated job performance and good verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $16.00 to $22.32 per hour
