Product Operations Senior Analyst

As an EBANX Product Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, resources, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation;
• Coordinate internal and external resources in multiple countries to ensure project completion;
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or resource allocation to ensure that project requirements can be met;
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes;
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation;

What is mandatory:

• Project management experience or proven experience organizing workstreams involving multiple teams and departments;
• Experience and knowledge of project management frameworks;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
• Advanced English;
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
