A little about the role…
We need a talented Product Operations Specialist to join us and focus on enabling Product Managers and Design Teams to become more effective. This role would assist the Product Team by configuring and managing the tools, data, and business processes necessary to improve product delivery.
What you bring:
- You’re a self-starter with experience in Product Management or Product Operations
- You should be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize a variety of incoming requests that require your attention
- Work both collaboratively as well as independently
- Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
- You are very comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and business processes
- You are agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly
- Displays strong initiative for anticipating and meeting customer and business demands
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a high level of intellectual curiosity
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and product management skills
- The ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively while under pressure - balancing confidence, humility, and diplomacy

Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Provide tools, training, and configuration for Product Managers to organize product discovery efforts and artifacts
- Administer and own AHA, Pendo, SharePoint, Launch Darkly and other tools that enable the Product Team to manage the product definition and development activities
- Leading cross department Go To Market efforts to ensure a smooth product delivery - Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Customer Support
- Define, manage, and facilitate internal communications pertaining to the Go To Market processes
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams and the PMs to support opportunities and any challenges that may arise for feature delivery
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for the Product Team to deliver features throughout the product lifecycle (Discovery, Delivery, Monitor)
- Work with the Product Managers to build feature adoption goals and track those metrics within Pendo/Power BI/Salesforce
- Manage the usage and improvements of the tools being used in product management – serve as the Pendo, AHA SME
- Monitor the health of our platform through product feedback and NPS
- Tag necessary features in Pendo so that the PMs can pull appropriate metrics
- Configure funnels and pipelines to track flow
- Work closely with Marketing and Design to deliver in-app communications to customers
- Provide data that allows Product Managers and Design to infer market trends
- Collect competitive data
- Experience setting up, utilizing product analytic tools, and building user journeys
- Define and implement a framework for prioritizing discovery, features and stories using AHA and Jira
- Knowledgeable about the following is a plus: AHA, Pendo, Sharepoint, Figma, Power BI, Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, Agile Delivery, Product Management, Product Operations

Salary
$75k-$95k DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.Date Posted
