Product Operations Specialist

As EDH continues to grow, we are looking for someone who is able to help put the necessary product operation structure in place to enable and unlock the next phase of growth for the product function. We are looking for someone who has experience working across all phases of the product lifecycle: from inception and ideation to roadmapping and prioritization all the way through to delivery.

Bonus: In addition to traditional product operations, opportunities exist this role to lean in to support special projects that arise ad hoc. As a result, we are indexing towards someone who has not only operated within formal product ops roles but who have also at times operated as a Product Manager or Program Manager.

Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required

Responsibilities:

• Ideation and Intake – Put the necessary process and tooling in place to enable strong ideation and stakeholder intake (internal and external).
• Objective Setting and Planning – Influence the annual strategic planning process, with a particular emphasis on the role product plays in setting annual objectives that map to our key EDH strategic levers.
• Roadmap Facilitation – Help craft strong road mapping artifacts that can be leveraged both internally and for external audiences and build an effective cadence for maintaining and sharing of roadmaps cross-functionally.
• Prioritization – Work alongside senior Product and Business leaders to shape our prioritization framework (eg. RICE) to be adopted and leveraged across the enterprise.
• Development – Partner with existing program mgmt. and scrum resources to take our development process to the next level. Focusing specifically on how product can best partner with design and development counterparts to build world-class-products.
• Delivery – Improve delivery/launch predictability and post-launch communications and visibility. Ensuring value is delivered on time and is widely recognized.
• Special Projects – EDH is scaling rapidly and we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to lean in and take on special assignments within the product function.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Product Operations
• Demonstrated the ability to roll out new processes and tooling to unlock product orgs that are actively scaling
• Past success influencing and managing change at all levels of an organization up through senior leaders
• Experience with the energy and ambiguity of a startup/growth phase company
• Nice to have: Have worked at times in formal product and/or program roles executing on high-visibility projects
• Nice to have: Healthcare or HealthTech experience
• Bachelor Degree required
• Ability to travel up to 1-2x/quarter
