Product Operations Specialist - Web Applications

Five9 is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to join our Web Applications team within the Product Operations department. This role focuses on achieving gthighest quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, feature deployment, and professional services or implementation within a tech-forward environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Project Management: Lead and manage projects on behalf of the Web Applications team, ensuring timely and effective execution from inception through to completion. 

- Feature Deployment: Assist with the activation and configuration of new features within our web applications, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure smooth rollouts. 

- Standardization and Consistency: Work towards achieving and maintaining standardization and consistency across all Five9 Web Applications, enhancing user experience and product reliability. 

- Organizational Support: Provide organizational support for the Web Applications team, helping to manage timelines, documentation, and deployment schedules. 

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deploy solutions. 

- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed tracking of projects, feature deployments, and feedback, reporting on progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. 

Key Qualifications: 

- Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably within a software or web applications environment. 

- Experience with professional services or implementation roles, showcasing an ability to manage customer-facing projects effectively. 

- Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational goals. 

- A background in tracking project progress and reporting to stakeholders, with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

- A background in analytics tracking within product/application usage 

- Experience with web applications, understanding of feature deployment processes, and a commitment to achieving high-quality standards and consistency. 

Educational Requirements: 

- A college degree is preferred, ideally in a related field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management. 

- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant professional experience in software development, professional services, or product operations are highly regarded.
