Product Ops Coordinator

About the Role
The Product Operations Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Product Department. As a fast growing department, you will support team onboarding, own key meetings/events, drive quarterly planning milestones and manage team documentation and invoice processing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in product and business operations.
What You'll Do

• Manage department calendar
• Plan and facilitate department meetings and events
• Drive department quarterly planning deliverables and milestones
• Organize department documentation
• Promote team building and engagement
• Process department invoices
• Create powerpoint presentations
• Assist with operational processes related to product development and go-to-market

Skills We're Looking For

• Technical savvy with experience with Slack and Google suite of tools or Microsoft Office suite
• People person with great interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Organized and great attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with event and meeting coordination
• Adaptable, multitasker and problem solver
• Embody team values of Curiosity, Ownership, Collaboration, Kindness, and Integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience or similar role
• Previous experience working for a software company
• Previous experience working with product teams and the product development lifecycle
