As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering key product features for one of Bullhorn’s Talent Experience solutions (Onboarding365). You will work closely with customers, product leads and scrum teams to provide direction, guidance and support. The Product Owner role requires in-depth product knowledge, the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and an understanding of workflow and feature relationship.
Why this job is important:
The Product Owner works closely with agile development teams and is the nexus between Product, Development and User Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure teams are working on the right things at the right time to deliver the best possible products to our customers.
As a Product Owner, a typical day might include:

Owning all operational aspects of agile development: epic breakdown, story planning & writing, sprint planning & delivery

Writing user stories and going deep on requirements in grooming sessions with your team

Attending standups with agile development teams
-
Writing release documentation & training cross-functional teams on new product enablement

Working with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers & Developers to drive product development

Defining release and sprint goals for development team(s)

Managing and resolving customer & internally reported product escalations; balancing resolution priority against roadmap commitments

Ensuring the development team understands the value and impact of their work

You have experience working with technical products in Product or related functions (Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, etc)

You like dissecting challenges and coming up with solutions
