About the role:

We are looking for a product leader to define, map, and manage the future direction of the CharismaQ technology. You will be responsible for working with our co-founders to set the vision and strategy of the platform and managing the execution. Responsibilities:

• Define the roadmap and lead the execution of the roadmap and manage the end-to-end process. Distill the product vision and strategy to get all members of the cross-functional team on board
• Work closely with coaches, customer success, and sales to ensure successful launches of new initiatives
• Develop deep customer empathy and represent the customer to our engineering and development firm
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development
• Create a demo environment and serve as technology subject matter expert on the CharismaQ platform
• Serve as the first line of support to customer success to troubleshoot and resolve any technology-related issues
• Create an agile development environment

Our ideal candidate:

• Is very comfortable dealing with ambiguity, comfortable making decisions and wearing multiple hats
• Wants to grow into an executive role within the company and feels comfortable representing the CharismaQ platform vision to the investor community
• Ideally, have 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership and experience working with agile teams in a fast paced environment
• Has experience building products with a holistic perspective of what makes sense for a user in an end-to-end user journey as opposed to solely local optimizations
• Is pragmatic with experience in taking high value bets and breaking them down into small iterative releases that drive value
• Is organized, analytical and outcome oriented
• Has an interest in employee coaching and development
• Is comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Is naturally curious and willing to learn and willing to teach
• Has a solid understanding of software engineering processes
