Product Owner

Our Product team is hyper-focused on creating products that solve real-world problems in the crowdsourced delivery space. We are looking for a Product Owner to empower the internal teams at Roadie to achieve their goals by providing them with the data, tools, and insights they need. This person will also play a pivotal role in crafting an internal invoicing system with any necessary integrations. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you will work to understand stakeholder needs and apply a data-based approach to build solutions that create rapid value for your users and Roadie alike. 

• Daily collaboration with broader Internal Operations Product, Development, and QA teams
• Regular collaboration with primary stakeholders including the Accounting, Marketing, Enterprise and SMB Sales teams to help them achieve their business objectives
• Researching and synthesizing insights you gather through meeting with stakeholders and data analysis to inform solution definition
• Gather requirements, scope, plan and deliver an actionable product backlog, prioritize stories, help test, and ship high-quality features weekly

• 2+ years of experience in the product development life cycle
• Experience collaborating with development teams in an agile environment
• Very comfortable with foundational SQL concepts and writing queries (e.g., JOIN statements, aggregate functions, sub queries)
• Experience with invoicing systems or invoicing integrations
• Empathy, insatiable curiosity, and keen attention to details all to solve user needs
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, using data to drive decision-making
