Product Owner
Job Description
We seek an experienced Product Manager to join our team, focused on developing an existing new initiative within the Identity domain.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of all product journeys.
- Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
- Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
- Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and measure ongoing performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives through the development lifecycle and maintain team health.
- Work with content and design team to build and refine a compelling customer experience.
- Understand Chase's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Ensure products are Legal and Regulatory compliant and ensure the product is updated as the regulatory landscape evolves.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with product delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience building and shipping applications or software of features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience within a large-scale, ambiguous domain.
- Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple, conflicting priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience building and growing strong consumer products at scale.
- High tech and business acumen that guides a ROI based prioritization.
- Track record of developing product(s) from inception to steady state operation across a variety of distribution channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience developing banking products, technologies and platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering products in both a start-up and corporate environment or a high growth tech company.
- Experience delivering product(s) in both a B2B and B2C framework.

About the Team The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls. High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
