Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with deep knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices to ensure maximum value is delivered from our Product squads. You will closely collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, UI/UX Designers, and the Engineering team to deliver on our ambitious roadmap of products and services that will revolutionize the burgeoning web3 industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery teams as a Product Owner to prioritize backlog items, owning the product roadmap on behalf of business and technology stakeholders and planning for sprints with your squad

• Keep up with the latest technological advances in web3 and blockchain gaming and assess and analyze competitor products to further develop our suite of products and services

• Delivering and contributing to the overarching product roadmap based on our business objectives

• Manage product and technology delivery expectations and status reporting to project stakeholders

• Leading agile delivery teams as Product Owner to prioritize product backlog items, owning the product

• Effectively manage and work with numerous delivery partners to deliver great outcomes to the business and our users

• Analyze and assess technical problems and work with your team to come up with strategic solutions

• Owning ongoing product reiteration and support to ensure services are evolving to meet market and customer needs

• Mentor and lead the tech product owner capabilities in both their product craft and their agile mindset

• Embeds agile methodologies and continuous improvements practices in the team
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous Product Owner experience, preferably gained in gaming or technology industries, and a degree in a technology coupled with technical project delivery

• Highly motivated and with strong attention to detail working in a fast-paced, distributed agile environment

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to drive product and delivery schedules and ensure we deliver the best experience for our superfans

• Previous project/product experience and experience in the web3 space will be considered an advantage
