WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years preferred of product owner experience
• Industry experience in SaaS, solar or construction tech preferred
• Strong understanding and successful application of Agile, Scrum and other software development methodologies
• Capacity to influence and manage expectations within a multi-stakeholder environment
• Exceptional ability to analyze customer needs, identify technological gaps, and propose innovative solutions
• Can communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, able to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences
• Fiercely dedicated to details and clarity in tickets
• UI design experience a bonus

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate directly with engineers to scope, design, build and release features
• Responsible for ticket creation on new features and maintaining the product backlog
• Assess and improve existing product processes and workflows
• Assist in triaging and creating bug tickets for software issues reported in Slack 
• Maintain and prioritize product feedback and feature requests
• Actively participate in quarterly roadmap planning and feature release planning
