Monigle is seeking a Product Owner to join our Digital team. As a Product Owner at Monigle, you will work closely with the product design and development teams to oversee product features from conception to deployment.
Product Strategy & Management

• Facilitate the product planning and implementation process, from conception to deployment

• Identify opportunities and improvements to optimize the product feature release process
• Produce feature workflows, requirements, and user stories in collaboration with product design and development teams
• Curate product design and development backlogs ensuring that teams are functioning at a capacity of 2 sprint cycles
• Creates and maintains up-to-date feature release timelines and resource assignments
• Influence product vision and strategy

• Prioritize product needs
• Translate industry and competitor research into actionable insights
• Produce feature-specific user documentation and sales support materials
• Escalate competing priorities or roadblocks to the Digital leadership team for remediation with a proposed solution

Roadmap Management

• Responsible for creation, management, and delivery of product roadmaps
• Facilitate regular roadmap voting and prioritization exercises
• Translate client and user requests into scalable product features for consideration
• Evaluate proposed features against product vision and strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a SaaS product management, product ownership role or comparable experience
• Working knowledge of software development cycles and Agile methodology
• Proven experience in and passion for building and implementing great products

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an action-oriented mindset
• Self-starter with the ability to learn new technology and platforms
• Excellent time management skills, ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients about complex technology

• Creative problem-solver who understands how to leverage technology to solve human problems
• Certified Scrum Product Owner® a plus
• Knowledge of Jira a plus

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
