The Koch Global Services Cloud & Applications team is hiring a Product Owner. This product owner will steward the product lifecycle for our call center technology platform, data visualization tools, and leveraged applications.

An ideal candidate is someone who excels in forging strong partnerships, driving strategic product vision, and responding agilely to stakeholder feedback. A successful Product Owner will possess a proven ability to prioritize effectively and leverage the comparative advantage of cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product outcomes with accountability and precision. Our Team

The Koch Global Services Cloud & Applications team delivers cloud platforms and enabling solutions that empower our Koch businesses to design, build, and deploy the technology necessary for transforming their businesses. We manage several enterprise platforms including public cloud, integrations, developer enablement, contact centers, data visualization, and enterprise knowledge. Our applications team also provides technical consulting, develops custom applications, and provides support for leveraged enterprise applications.

What You Will Do

  • Defining the Vision: You will collaborate with internal customers, key stakeholders, and capabilities to develop a strategic vision and roadmap for each product.
  • Managing the Product Backlog: You will collaborate with others to communicate and ensure the product backlog is aligned to business outcomes and value.
  • Engage Product Development and Support: Actively participate in the development process and ongoing support needs by providing feedback and seeking guidance. Encourage a shared fate mentality across teams.
  • Business Engagement: You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and teams, communicating the voice of the customer, and ensuring team actions align with the product needs. You will partner closely with our customers, the Koch businesses, to help drive adoption, improve consumer experience, and become a preferred partner to customers.
  • Product Stewardship: You will ensure that product measures are being used to influence decision making (cost, data, security), effective decision making is applied to product investments, and the story of the product is marketed within Koch.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in a complex IT environment, particularly within a product-centric organization.
  • Prior experience making strategic decisions about a technology product.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required to keep pace with the market.
  • Experience with formal or informal leadership.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous experience with Genesys, Power BI, and/or Tableau
  • Experience and understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging leaders in decision making.
