Key Impact this role brings:

• Planning: Preparation and participation in PI planning
  • Work with Product Managers, Stakeholders, Architects, Business Analysts and other Product Owners, to synthesize business development initiatives into feature and user story level initiatives
  • Represent the voice of the business to the scrum team by prioritizing features for scrum level sprint and team capacity planning based on customer feedback, market changes and business priority as communicated by the Product Manager
  • Actively participate in the establishment and communication of PI commitments to applicable organizational stakeholders
• Execution:
  • Participate in Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team's release planning sessions
  • Represent capabilities and features at team level in supporting Scrum Framework
  • Maintain the team backlog, feature/story elaboration, story acceptance based on predefined acceptance criteria
  • Consult and participate in Stakeholder system demos for continuous stakeholder transparency and feedback
  • Ensure traceability between requirements to features to user stories
  • Review of test cases against user stories acceptance criteria
  • Formally accept the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demo-ed
  • Frequent, reliable, and continuous release of value-added solutions
• Relentless Improvement:
  • Inspect & Adapt participation and contribution
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve engagement with stakeholders, operations (if applicable), support team, and development Team etc.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience driving teams and management to decisions
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Experience working in a product development environment and a practical understanding of Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience systematically analyzing problems, drawing relevant conclusions, and devising appropriate courses of action
• Technical aptitude and critical abilities to speak to product capabilities based on the current technology
• Excellent communication skills and business process knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in credit reporting, batch delivery services, financial services or direct marketing industry
• 3+ years PO experience (or similar role) working in an Agile Scrum environment
• Preferred- Product Owner and AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
• Preferred- Experience with TU online domain technology and architecture
