Product Owner
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and certified Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate has enterprise-level product experience, a strong background in Agile frameworks, and a keen ability to translate high-level ideas into actionable user stories. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, user personas, and competitive landscape to drive product success through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine features, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create, review, and maintain user stories with detailed acceptance criteria to ensure clarity for the development team.
- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring a continuous improvement mindset within the Agile team.
- Analyze and leverage data to inform product decisions, monitor KPIs, and understand user behavior to enhance product effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and user personas to ensure our product meets market demands and maintains a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years in product management with enterprise-level product experience, including at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
- Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
- Agile Proficiency: Strong experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Agile ceremonies.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry, user personas, and competitive landscape relevant to the product.
- Requirement Gathering: Proven ability to translate high-level ideas into detailed, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using metrics and analytics to make data-driven product decisions and track performance.

- Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to aligning product features with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
