Interapt is seeking Product Owners who can support Voice products & projects within a Scaled Agile Framework for one of our premier partners. An ideal candidate will take a collaborative, well-organized, and detailed approach to ensure an understanding of our customer's goals and effectively participate in the development and implementation of new business solutions. Most importantly, ideal candidates will have the drive to learn, an eagerness to help others, and most importantly be team players.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the product feature backlog and roadmap
• Create business features
• Works closely with the solution manager and business stakeholders
• Develop a deep understanding of market needs and obtain inputs into roadmap prioritization
• Collaborate with product owners to assist in decomposing features
• Actively participates in all SAFe ceremonies (PI planning, PO sync, inspect & adapt session).

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience (Bachelors preferred)
• Must have practical understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices

• Must be diplomatic with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ideally has experience working with Contact Center technologies, (ie Genesys, Avaya, Verint etc.)
• Healthcare vertical experience preferred
