Product Owner

Job Overview:

LAWAZEM is seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, be highly organized, and have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Elicit and prioritize product requirements and user stories based on customer needs and business goals.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective delivery of features.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Provide guidance and direction to the development team throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Monitor the product's key performance indicators to assess its success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management and Agile methodologies.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Experience with product management tools and platforms.
• Experience in the software development industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
