Product Owner Artificial Intelligence

As a Product Owner Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence, you will be play a crucial role in NN Groups journey in becoming an AI-driven company. The Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence team is driving innovation, tasked with the implementation of scalable and repeatable Generative AI solutions across all business units of NN Group. Your drive and vision will be critical in ensuring that these Gen-AI solutions are seamlessly integrated within our processes, driving operational efficiency and leveraging AI to create business value.

What you are going to do

Harnessing your own initiative and ambition, you, together with your team, achieve the most remarkable results through:

• Manage a diverse stakeholder field, ensuring a high customer satisfaction (from our internal clients), by driving the team with a value-focused approach and setting the right priorities.
• Define a clear, well-supported vision on how to develop reliable, secure, and future-proof Generative AI applications, ensuring that the solutions being build can be deployed in a scalable and repeatable way.
• Steer a highly engaged team that is focused and capable of independently working on valuable Gen-AI solutions and that have their own end-to-end responsibilities.
• Ensure that the team continuously innovates and experiments with the possibilities of Generative AI for NN Group.

• Experience as a IT Product Owner in complex organizations with many different stakeholders
• You are data-minded, and knowledge and experience in (Gen) AI/ML and Data Science is a definite plus
• You promote data & AI-driven work and practice it yourself
• You have relevant experience in using data to optimize processes and support decisions.
• With your strong personality, you are a conversational partner up to the executive level
• Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
• You are in possession of a PSPO-1 certificate

Who you will work with

The team you work with on a daily basis consists of nine Data Scientists, and three Machine Learning engineer who are divided over two teams working on different Gen-AI solutions. Your scope will be to be Product Owner for both teams.

Additionally, you are a member of the Product Owner guild, where around Product Owners meet on a regular basis. Here, you exchange knowledge and experiences with peers. We believe that every Product Owner can learn from their colleagues and, in turn, teach something to others in the community.
