Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the product roadmap for the Business Intelligence Team.
• Documents requirements in Process Design documents as well as develop user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partners with Business Owners and Stakeholders to understand the business strategy that the development will support and relay that to the development team in order to produce high quality products
• Schedules and leads meetings with the Business and documents outcomes and decisions of those meetings
• Defines and prioritizes product backlog and releases while communicating the value of the story to the scrum team
• Demonstrates product functionality while highlighting value brought to the business with the new features
• Leads and coordinates UAT testing and acceptance with the Stakeholders while documenting and relaying any issues to the development teams
• Creates and document process flows, user guides, project plans, and wireframes
• Collaborates with multiple teams and stakeholders to set priorities, as well as communicate priorities and progress for the team
• Champions and supports the product development team by removing blockers, escalating issues, and offering product guidance
• Drives effective product releases by working with the stakeholders on production planning and execution
• Demonstrates ability to meet with Executive Leadership and produce presentation materials that showcase the Product Roadmap as well as accomplishments of the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Product Owner certification preferred
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is desired
• Azure and/or Power BI experience preferred
• Product Owner or Business Analyst experience required
• Agile product development experience, sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Initiative, self-starter, problem identification, resolution and analytical skills are essential
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to apply knowledge within a complex environment is essential

USD $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 / Year
