Product Owner- Booking Engine REMOTE

Grow your career as a Product Owner- Booking engine within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 leading brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for delivering results, interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, great attitude and be comfortable managing and coordinating cross-functional teams. This position will have a focus on functionality within our Synapse product (Trisept booking engine).

A successfulProduct Owner-Booking engine will:

• Works to define the Product Backlog, including definition of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Continuously and transparently communicate with the Product Manager on the prioritization of the teams backlog and the status of development efforts via demos and team activities
• Work as a part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team to lead the planning, development and design of strategy from product initiation through the end of the product life cycle.
• Work with delivery to help direct, motivate, and guide the teams
• Act as the subject-matter expert for assigned products
• Participate in creating functionality vision, business goals, product roadmap and rollout plans.
• Participate with the team to break down program-level Features into detail-level user stories consumable and testable by the development team
• Communicate status, coordinate user acceptance testing & create/publish necessary documentation
• Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of defects, including providing key input on the decisions to fix or defer
• Ensure that the development team deliverables meet agreed-upon standards for quality and non-functional requirements, and that the products meet the stated business need

A successfulProduct Owner-Booking engine will have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2-4 years in product/Business Analyst/project management or related role
• Product Owner or Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience & proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experieince & proficiency in using TFS and SmartSheet preferred
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Self-starter who proactively identifies new opportunities and new ways of thinking about the business, and is always on a journey of improving their craft
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive execution against project milestones and deliverables
