Product Owner / Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Product Owner/Product Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Experience as a business analyst with knowledge of Agile processes as EPIC/Feature/Story creation and grooming, Requirement Elicitation and Design, Test Case Planning and Review.
• Experience in Retail Merchandising (Oracle Retail, JDA/BY, Infor, E2Open, etc.) and/or Distribution and Logistics systems (MA WMOS, High Jump/Koerber, JDA WMS, etc.)
• Experience as a business analyst with knowledge of Agile processes as EPIC/Feature/Story creation and grooming, Requirement Elicitation and Design, Test Case Planning and Review.
• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Experience in Retail Merchandising (Oracle Retail, JDA/BY, Infor, E2Open, etc.) and/or Distribution and Logistics systems (MA WMOS, High Jump/Koerber, JDA WMS, etc.).
• Works collaboratively with technical and business team members to develop and maintain business solutions following.
• Provides functional expertise in the areas of architecture, design, implementation, and testing
• Lead a team of engineers and consultants in understanding as-is business and come up with to-be business maps.
• Experience in Business Solution Design (Integrations, Data Mapping, etc.).
• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• Experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in Retail domain, and preferably Apparel and Fashion.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
