The Product Owner, Member Experience oversees the development of solutions that the members utilize - for example: the member web portal and member mobile application. We serve member needs through a variety of interaction channels and technologies, and the Product Owner ensures thoughtful design of workflow, technology evolution and team collaboration. The Product Owner is essential to ensuring the voice of the stakeholders' guide development and there is linkage between all members of the team charged with bringing ideas into reality.

What you'll doServe as Subject Matter Expert for the tools Quantum Health members utilize:
- Define and develop solution vision with enterprise partners.
- Own the experience with channels, workflows, and tools.
- Create and maintain product road maps.
- Work with appropriate partners to develop and communicate release schedules.
- Create and maintain the product backlog.
Balance stakeholder requirements:
- Investigate and map out dependencies, constraints, and other considerations.
- Align requests to business objectives and prioritize accordingly.
Translate road map features into well-defined requirements and user stories:
- Develop acceptance criteria.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs.
Oversee development:
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on product and feature vision
- Identify, define and organize activities to create an efficient iterative process.
- Foster a culture of process improvement and zero defect.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare related field required.
- Experience: 4+ years' product development experience.
- Experience developing consumer facing technology software.
- Healthcare industry platform development experience.
- Previous experience working on projects within agile development methodologies.
- Excellence verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence; comfortable presenting data-rich content to a variety of audiences.
- Highly organized with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
- Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience successfully launching digital capabilities.
- Exposure to design and User Experience (UX) development work.
- Corporate healthcare industry experience.
