As the Product Owner, you will report to the Team Lead of Retailer Data and Analytics. You will work collaboratively with Sales, eCommerce, Data Scientists, Engineers and Data Architects. You will be responsible for articulating product value through roadmaps and evolving a backlog to solve business problems for your customers to use to drive mutual sales and share growth. These capabilities are holistic and improve the way associates work and make decisions through people, process, technology, data and analytics.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business field or related area of study from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of CPG experience
  • Knowledge of systems and languages like Azure, Data Bricks, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with ability to develop complex product visions
  • eCommerce capability expertise
  • Experience in Agile practices, Data science principles and Scientific method

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Provide overall leadership to the cross-functional agile product delivery team and other stakeholders, engaging the team through alignment of the vision, value and product goals.
  • Enable team efficiency with thoughtful sprint planning, direction setting, and backlog prioritization, including pacing ahead of the development team with a strong backlog of new product visions.
  • Assemble and lead a cross functional team of experts through a discovery process; ensuring a clear vision that both delivers user requirements and raises the bar. Define minimum requirements and success criteria with responsibility of quantifying impact and success KPIs.
  • Prioritize the work using value, complexity, and readiness assessments, ensuring the team remains focused on the work with maximum value.
  • Communicates the voice of the customer to the development team.
