As a Product Owner you are a key member Digital Technology's Office of the CIO PMO driving continual improvement of digital service offerings. Services that are a key enabler of some the most advanced technology development in the world. Your role is to engage with internal customers and support teams developing these products to help them do their job faster, cheaper and with better quality. Digital Transformation is occurring in almost every domain from the front end of the business through the manufacturing environments so you will have a diverse array of opportunities to learn and explore various career paths. You are the content owner and visionary leading agile teams made up of a diverse array of subject matter experts. Success requires the ability to learn and articulate product/service needs clearly and to help the team adjust quickly when you see impacts to the delivery of valuable services to the business. This requires you to maintain a close interaction with customers and support teams as you maintain a robust curiosity in what the business does and how we can further modernize digital services to make the business more profitable.

Job Duties

• Responsible for innovation and end-to-end development of IT services including support of operating model development for services that are new
• Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Develop and guide execution of the product roadmap.
• Work with Scrum Masters in an Agile environment and continuously review the businesses needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and support opportunities and risks.
• Groom features into well-defined product requirements user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products working with Business Owners to balance competing interests of stakeholders.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative research about your services to to validate value realization and to inform future investments.

Desired Skills:

• Operated as a PO within a SAFe aligned Program Increment (PI)
• PMP certification or 8+ years project management experience
• ITIL certification or 4+ years experience supporting IT services
• Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• Budgeting and procurement experience
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence business partners and create alignment
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Required Education

• Typically Bachelor's degree and Agile SAFe PO/PM or APM certification and 8 years experience or 16 years experience in lieu of Degree
