Product Owner - Financial Technology Solutions and Payments

Euronet seeks to employ a skilled and experienced Product Owner to drive our product roadmap development efforts.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in product lifecycle for an exciting greenfield project, building the next big thing on wallets & payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, legal and compliance to analyze, define, prioritize, and structure product requirements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and detailed product roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Draft detailed business & functional specifications and continuously gather and evaluate feedback from various resources, that will be used by IT team to develop all product new features and enhancements.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.

General Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a product owner and/or prior experience in business analysis/project management preferably in consumer-oriented products/services industry.
• Experience in defining and refining product requirements and user stories.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Miro).
• Fluency in English language both written & verbal.
• Eligible to work in the EU on a full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
