Product Owner (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Product Owner!

About the position

Product Owner possesses a solid understanding of digital products and enterprise objectives. The position will translate ideas into Epics and features and follow digital product development from start to finish. You will be the voice of the customer and representative of the business while collaborating closely with both the scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure the products meet specific objectives.

What you will do

• Implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape features and end products.
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
• Complete user story mapping and user story writing.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Attending Scrum events to support the team.
• Translating product managers' strategies to user stories for Scrum team.
• Learning the market and customers' needs and ability to provide strategy and guidance for business stakeholders.
• Serving as a liaison between product and development.
• Staying accessible to development to answer questions.
• Work effectively with Product Management to convert Product Roadmaps into workable user requirements.
• Commit to working together as one team, exceed service expectations by developing positive relationships and treat others with value and respectalways.
• Exhibit an honest and committed effort to delivering as promised, never compromising quality.
• Achieve individual and team goals. Meet deadlines with the resources provided and never compromise ethical standards.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape features and end products.

You should have

• A BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing or Related field or equivalent relative experience.
• You have 1-4 years relative experience. Program Management, Product Management, Agile Framework (Scrum, KanBan).
• You have experience with Agile product management
• You have creative thinking and excellent communication skills
• You have organizational and skills.
• You have proven experience in setting direction for technology teams, prioritizing development activities, and driving new product development investments in an organization using Agile methodologies.
