Product Owner, Operations Enablement

We're looking for a Product Owner/Manager to:

• develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)

• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members
• act as product owner, overseeing governance practice to ensure product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
• ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch and release management governance practice is followed
• define and iterate through Objective and Key Results, aligning relevant product measurements and metrics that meet overall business goals
• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement
• interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
• partner closely with aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions

Your team

You'll be working with the Operations Platform team, focused on improving and simplifying our Operations process and platform to enable our product, business, and operations stakeholders to scale, reduce risk, and grow.

Your expertise

You have:
• multiple years of experience delivering complex products to clients within the financial industry
• strong background in securities operations, trading ,and asset servicing
• data-driven, analytical and innovative mindset to understand business context
• extensive experience writing / managing requirements / user stories and working with UX designers, Technology team and business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• outcome-focused goals using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
• team player attitude with an enthusiastic personality and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• strong listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• experience working in agile environments and strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks
