Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst

Position type: Full-time, Contract to Hire

Duration: Long term

Location: Tampa, Florida

As a Business Analyst you will:• Contribute to the effort to create and maintain a multi-year product roadmap• Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders• Analyze the needs of the various persona which use or interact with the service, document their user journeys and use cases• Create and understand existing or new workflows to come up with solutions that meets the needs of the business.• Liaise with the feature development teams to ensure that they understand these requirements• Review test strategy and test cases• Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, Technology etc.• Maintain internal and Client documentation• Assist in production support for clients including troubleshooting client issues, defect management and client escalations• Support ongoing sales and marketing efforts

The ideal candidate will have experience in: • Relevant Product Management experience.• Payments experience a must• Familiarity with Agile development methodology • Experience documenting requirements and use cases• Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills. • Project management experience• Accounting degree, certification or experience is a plus• Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.• Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions• Strong presentation and communication skills• Analytical skills and demonstrates attention to detail in written documentation• Organizational and time management skills• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $48/Hr-$53/Hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
