Product Owner (Project Manager + Business Analyst)

Fulcrum is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our project!

About the project: mobile app and web app for a documents scanning, signing, and management product.
Team: 1 BackEnd, 1 FrontEnd, QA, UI/UX Designer.

Will be a plus:
— Experience in working with e-commerce products.

Main responsibilities:
— Conduct Discovery for the product from scratch;
— Define product scope, backlog & prioritise them for the first and upcoming releases;
— Create, prioritize and keep up-to-date the product requirements;
— Work closely with development team (plannings, retro, 1-1s);
— Communication with internal and external stakeholders;
— Release planning & Progress tracking of delivery;
— Product backlog management: requirements gathering, documentation, task prioritization;
— Work with the development team: Sprint planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Retrospective, team support.

Requirements:
— Min 2,5 year of experience on PO or BA position in IT;
— Min 2,5 year of experience as a PM;
— Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Scrumban in particular);
— Experience in conducting Discovery stage (take product from an idea to development);
— Experience with requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews;
— Experience with requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS;
— Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products (both web and mobile);
— English level Upper-Intermediate (written and verbal).

— Final interview with client (1hour);
