Product Owner - Remote

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner for our growing team, who will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing viability of feature sets and applications related to Donnelley Financial Solution’s ArcSuite products. You will become a key player, responsible for the planning and execution of the product strategy, working closely with engineering, QA, customer success and operations groups to ensure our team’s goals are met on time and with high quality.

The Product Owner is a key player responsible for the planning and execution of the product strategy, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. 
 

• Understand and represent market requirements with ability to turn them into actionable and high-value client deliverables
• Serve as a product expert, understand user workflow; and work with engineering to deliver on commitments
• Create clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria while managing product backlog to ensure complete readiness for the upcoming sprints 
• Monitor performance of features and continually iterate for a better client experience
• Conceptualize new ideas, research, and evaluate them objectively from a financial and market perspective
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver innovative and viable solutions to customer problems
• Analyzes data to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives
• Demonstrated experience in successfully launching SaaS solutions to a B2B market

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or technology
• 5+ years of proven experience in software product management
• Commitment to quality, strong attention to detail and respect for timelines & deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple competing initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, ceremonies, and software practices
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Aha, JIRA, or similar tools

• Backgrounds in finance and/or technology is a plus
• Positive nature, enthusiasm, motivation, and a desire for continuous improvement
