Product Owner - remote

Position Purpose: As a vital part of our Healthcare Quality organization, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to help shape our products under the Agile framework. Your role will be multifaceted, working at the intersection of IT, product management, and stakeholder engagement.

Serve as a liaison between the IT team, Product Manager, and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on product objectives and requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate project requirements and business needs.

Work closely with the IT team to translate business requirements into actionable Features and User Stories.

Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate with the development team to ensure timely and effective delivery of product features.

Leverage SQL to analyze data and inform product decisions, with an emphasis on creating and maintaining comprehensive reporting structures.

Contribute to the overall Agile process improvement by participating in Agile ceremonies and facilitating cross-functional cooperation.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product ownership, product management, project management or business analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends.
• Knowledge of Information Technology.
• Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis preferred.
• Familiarity with creating and managing reports preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with healthcare quality measures such as HEDIS, is preferred.
