Product Owner - Robotics Solutions (Marine Engineering)

Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner – Robotics Solutions (Marine Engineering) with strong technical skills and analytical thinking to design and maintain automated solution for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to bring our product to the market.
• Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder requirements, transforming them into actionable tasks.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay informed about trends and advancements in robotics and marine engineering.
• Drive the team to meet product milestones and ensure timely delivery.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product ownership, project management, or similar roles within the technology or marine industries.
• Strong understanding of marine operations and challenges, particularly in robotics or automation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical details and strategic goals.
