Information Security Responsibilities

• Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
• Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Overview:
• Join our team as a Product Owner and take a leadership role in shaping and executing the product vision. With your deep expertise in product ownership, you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of products that deliver value to our customers. A strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is highly preferred.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Co-own and execute the product roadmap with the Product Director, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define the product vision, strategy, and prioritize features based on business needs.
• Translate high-level epics into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Lead Scrum refinement meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.
• Address customer issues, prioritizing them based on their impact and urgency to ensure a seamless product experience.
• Document new features to educate and align both internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the production team to streamline processes, ensuring timely and efficient product implementation.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and further development.
• Maintain product documentation in Confluence, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and transparency.
• Champion a customer-centric approach, driving excellence and continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Plan releases, coordinate sprints, and ensure alignment of products with the company’s overall vision and strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of agile or lean software development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Extensive experience in launching software products, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in prototyping and iterative development techniques.
• Expertise in development tracking software tools, particularly Jira.
• Strong ability to break down epics into user stories with acceptance criteria and mock-ups.
• Proven leadership experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, Scrum Masters) in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Demonstrated ability to run refinement ceremonies and ensure stories meet the definition of ready.
• Experience creating and maintaining a product roadmap, and communicating changes to all relevant stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with release demos, capturing stakeholder feedback, and leveraging it for future product iterations.
• Proven experience in maintaining comprehensive product documentation within Confluence.
• Advanced prioritization skills to effectively meet squad objectives and sprint goals.

• Preferred Skills:
• Extensive hands-on experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Proven track record of executing product roadmaps and delivering high-impact products, particularly in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are beneficial.
