The Salesforce Field Service Product Owner will serve as a liaison between business units, technology, and support teams to facilitate product development. This role directly collaborates with engineering, QA and operations authorities to represent the voice of the Professional Development teams! This person is responsible for defining, documenting and clearly articulating requirements to the delivery team.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Professional Development business leads on the creation of functional specifications in collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Salesforce Field Service and Professional Development related applications and standard processes, including Salesforce custom objects and applications and other related systems
  • Conduct research and respond to questions in regards to system functionality. This function will support new development initiatives as well as resolving production issues through bug fixes and system patches.
  • Analyze documentation, host interview, and conduct research to translate business language into technical requirements in user story format effectively to run product development and delivery within the Scrum team.
  • Prioritize and refine backlog and partner with engineering to craft and develop user-friendly customizations to meet business needs, often within hard deadlines under minimal mentorship
  • Produce mock-ups, data models diagrams, process flows, and slide presentations
  • Support,build, and sponsor projects related to improvements/enhancements in area of ownership (both technical and business related).
  • Establish and supervise performance metrics, providing related reporting to product management and executives to communicate project status.
  • Partner with engineering to work within, refine and improve agile process
  • Assist with design of user acceptance testing and end user training materials
  • Maintain the active users and system permissions across the Professional Development organization

Basic Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce Field Service
  • Experience working on or with customer facing teams using CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree, in information services, information technology, computer science, business or related area
  • Minimum of 1 years of recent experience as a business analyst / product owner running a SaaS application
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Experience interacting with a wide audience, written and verbal including: IT, development, product management, operations, account support, vendors/partners, customers and management

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Previous Management of related CRM applications and workforce management systems
  • Experience in working in the education industry
  • Business analysis or project management experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a fast paced, fluid environment
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Capable of working with a mix of in person, remote and offshore team members
  • Ability to work across several lines of business to achieve long term organizational goals

What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
