Reporting within the Global Data & Enterprise Architecture organization, the successful candidate for Product Owner/System Analyst will be highly collaborative, technically savvy, and passionate about delivering success for our customers.

The role will manage the day-to-day aspects for an existing product in production and includes working with our customer, support, and global delivery teams to ensure reliable operation of the product and development and release of new features is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with remote agile project teams on the design, development, and management of digital products and services, from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Define and clearly communicate product roadmaps, key performance indicators, and measures of product success to stakeholders.
  • Manage customer communications on release status and release notes.
  • Ensure test plans are completed and defects are addressed prior to release.
  • Ensure product releases meet standards for quality.
  • Coordinate bi-weekly working sessions between engineering and delivery to ensure features meet the design intent.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • US citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree fields include Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Engineering or Business Management.
  • 2+ years of systems analyst or software development experience.
  • 2+ years of project or product management experience with live production systems.
  • Development experience with one or more of .NET, Python, and JavaScript
  • Agile software development experience.
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud offerings a plus.
  • Ability to work with remote teams from different cultures and time-zones
  • Adaptable to change, enjoys learning new technologies, and contributes to a positive work environment
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a remote, professional, high-performance team
  • Motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
