The Role:Â
The Product Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of product partners to continually deliver superior member experience and performance. This role will develop and assist with delivering on partner-level goals through consistent engagement and uncover opportunities to take the partnership to the next level. They will support our sales and solutions teams to understand our partners' offerings, practices, and the value that this partnership delivers to members and customers.
- Responsible for ongoing management of Carrot’s product partner relationships including executing on initiatives to meet key goals and growing these partnerships to achieve best outcomes for Carrot’s members.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, clinical, product, global solutions and other cross functional teams to develop and execute strategy.
- Initially assess partnership fit for inbound opportunities, and to regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify, source and meet with potential new partners in pursuit of delivering best member experience and furthering Carrot’s mission.
- Project manage the partner vetting process to ensure all new partners have surpassed internal qualification metrics. Â

The Team:
- Currently this individual will be joining the AVP of Partnerships. This is a new team and an incredibly exciting time to join to set the stage for new product partnerships to further Carrot’s mission of fertility care for all.
- The AVP of Partnerships & this individual sits within the Commercial Organization and will collaborate with all functions across Carrot including clinical, product, and global solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience working with Product, Business Development/Partnerships in a technology or healthcare environment.
- Can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Experience partnering with healthcare or health/wellness companies
- Experience with partner management
- Clear communication, structured thinking, organization and project management skills
- Passion and commitment for driving partner and Carrot successÂ
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing competing priorities
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $111,000 - $152,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.Â
