Product Portfolio Technology Lead

Job Description Risk attributes and data governance are managed through three Risk products Attribute and Income Services (Internal risk attributes), Third Party services (External risk attributes) and Risk Asset Services (Manage data governance and risk of ~650 Risk assets (Models, Strategies, Reports). These Risk data products are used by ML models and Strategies that drive key credit and fraud risk decisions and analytics across the customer life cycle. Team is comprised of 240 people globally
Tech Portfolio lead to manage tech strategy, financials, agility, risk and controls across 3 products

• Strategy - Help drive team define its vision, objectives and OKRs, branding and communication (blogs, newsletters, All Hands, Business Reviews) and drive innovation (patents, papers, presentations)
• Financials - Manage Team's budget, forecast and actuals working with the central team - Headcount, $, Hiring, TCO
• Risk and Controls - Oversight of risk and controls metrics with tech leads and drive to closure (Scans, breaks, etc)
• Agility - Work with AMT team to drive agile ways of working and agility metrics

Be the chief of staff/ambassador to CTO-1 who manages the above portfolio. Product SMs and Agility leads for 3 products will be rolled up to this person and he/she will report to CTO-1
