This role would be responsible for managing the strategic pricing function for all Lumin Digital’s products.Â
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead and manage the product pricing function, including operation of the internal pricing strategy team, which provides feedback on overall pricing strategy across the Sales, Product, Delivery and Product organizations.
Develop and implement pricing strategies that meet our client’s willingness-to-pay thresholds while maximizing the company’s sales and market penetration and ensuring long-term profitability objectives are met.
Create internal processes and procedures to effectively evaluate, define, update, and communicate pricing throughout the organization.
Work with Product leaders to proactively manage strategic pricing factors for each individual product area and integrate those into the overall product pricing strategies.
Support partnership pricing activities through the creation of processes and tools that allow teams to quickly evaluate partnership opportunities and financial impacts.
Examples of these include revenue forecast models and revenue tracking reports and tools.
Provide a comprehensive view of the company's competitive pricing position and insight on the impact of pricing changes on profitability and growth rates.
Oversee and own the master pricing list, add-on pricing, and partner pricing and drive careful, measured updates to optimize business strategy attainment, including tracking historical, current and future profitability.
Proactively collaborate and support various pricing related activities, including billing process, SOW/change order development, and contract renewals.
Socialize and iterate pricing with Lumin Digital’s leaders and drive analysis to measure effectiveness of pricing models.
KNOWLEDGE. SKILLS, ABILITIES:
2-4+ years of specific experience relating to managing pricing for B2B SaaS products and services
5+ years of experience in product management, finance, accounting, or commercial/sales organizations
Pricing strategy expertise: monetization strategy and pricing/packaging optimization in B2B Enterprise SaaS
Defining, executing, and bringing new B2B packaging and pricing changes and/or growth strategies to market
Ability to synthesize data and use that data to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Â
Ability to quickly create ad hoc analyses using data analytics tools (data warehouses, spreadsheets, etc.)Â
Previous experience in Financial Services, Digital Banking, or FinTechÂ
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous innovation
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships
EDUCATION
​BA/BS degree or equivalent educational and professional experience
