Product Program Management
Job Description
The ProjectProg Mgmt job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. This job is recognized as an expert in the field of Project Management and is responsible for managing the organization's largest and most complex projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Organizes large project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
- Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of large and/or complex projects and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
- Establishes project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
- Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Liaises with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the following criteria: strong foundation in corporate finance and budgeting and a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with the following criteria: strong foundation in corporate finance and budgeting and a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects. Preferably within the Financial Services Sector.
- Project management of Product and Business Development contributions to enterprise strategic and "BAU" initiatives
- Lead projects from design to execution (e.g., developing project approach, identifying relevant stakeholders, convening meetings, executing on workplans, tracking and mitigating risks and issues, etc.)
- Collaborate with business partners in Finance, Human Resources, Risk and Control, Legal, Compliance, Analytics to advance projects
- Monitor implementation of initiatives and assist in solving potential challenges
- Provide regular initiative updates to senior leadership in oral updates and written deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, email updates, etc.)
- Develop and oversee the implementation of processes and standardized templates in support of the business strategy
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Study complex dependencies across multiple inter-related projects and identifies potential opportunities to enhance practices and procedures based on dependency relationships
- Analyzes adherence of large project teams to methodologies, budgets, and timings of projects to determine if process changes need to occur to estimate project details more effectively
- Provides full staffing plans for the organization's major projects and programs
Base Pay Range: $120,800/yr. - $201,300/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
