Product Relations Specialist

The product development team is seeking a highly organized Product Relations Specialist who will receive, process, and route product requests. Responsibilities include product research, project management, and communication of active product projects to stakeholders across the company.

The ideal candidate should be curious and driven to learn and understand our products, new products, and trends in the automotive industry. Additionally, the candidate should be an exceptional communicator who excels at managing tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships across the organization to understand and document product requests. At times, resolving requests that do not require additional support.
• Conduct thorough research analysis of new product request while maintaining a pulse on industry trends.
• Package requests with all prerequisite information and recommendations for the product execution team.
• Assist in project planning and timelines as needed including the launch and monitoring of new product pilots.
• Establish lines of communication with the requestor to ensure clear status updates through completion.
• Provide high-level updates on all inflight projects to various audiences across the organization including senior leadership.
• Assist with the development and execution of the product launch communication plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role involving request management, project management, and communication.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices with strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
