We are seeking an experienced Research Operations Project Manager to add to our dynamic Product and UX Operations Team. As the Project Manager, you will primarily perform research recruiting activities for the Product Org. This means working with Product Researchers, Designers and Product Managers to support their goals and execution of research projects.

Your day to day will never be the same but will include these responsibilities:

  • Intake and prioritize research requests across Research, Design and Product requests.
  • Deliver on all phases of research participant recruitment: Collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and other stakeholders to align on objectives and timelines; source, invite, screen and schedule research participants for research sessions; monitor active projects to ensure things run smoothly; schedule compensation, close out projects while consistently documenting research operations work.
  • Learn and manage Bill’s recruiting and tracking processes and tools, keeping privacy and participant confidentiality in mind
  • Clear and timely communication 
  • Work collaboratively with product, design, research, operations and other cross-functional teams
  • Be an active participant in building out panel management participant databases

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 2+ years of direct experience working with research participant recruiting 
  • Demonstrated experience in collaboration and building relationships with cross functional partners
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritization and documenting trade-offs 
  • Experience with tracking and delivering compensation to participants 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong experience with working independently, excelling in multi-tasking, time-management, detail orientation and documentation. 
  • Experience with using online collaborative tools such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Slack, Calendly, etc.
  • Experience with UX Research tools, such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, etc. 
  • Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics or Confirmit
  • Experience with project/program management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.
  • The ability to thrive in change and ambiguity
