Job Description:

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Results-oriented sales professional with experience in closing net new logos/ business in the following modeling 
  • Ability to drive sales in cloud platform-related products and hosted solution offerings 
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline of new clients & opportunities within healthcare IT vendors and medical device companies  
  • Drive overall deal closure and revenues for the assigned payer business segment  
  • Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes  
  • Build and execute account strategy for revenue growth in the assigned business segment  
  • Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts  
  • Lead contract discussions / negotiations 

 

B. Location:  

  • Princeton New Jersey (Preferred), Home – Travel up to 50% outside the office  

 

C. Required Experience / Skills:  

  • Prior experience in selling HEDIS & Quality Management Solutions (Experience with MedMeasures, others – preferred) 
  • Strong experience in Consultative selling in the US Health Plan market  
  • Prior experience managing new business development and Account Management  
  • Developed business and nurtured relationships within the accounts  
  • Broad understanding of technologies/skills  
  • Overall experience in Business Development, Contract negotiation, making effective presentations, Solution mindset is essential  
  • Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives is essential  
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field
