About our opportunity

The Product Sales Executive forMagnetic Resonance is a field-based sales position focused on sellingdiagnostic imaging products, specifically MRI. This is an excellent opportunityfor an individual that is highly competitive, desires top income, works well ina team-selling environment and strives to win and be successful. We aresearching for top sales professionals looking to build their own franchise withuncapped earnings potential.

This role supports the Upstate NY/NJ region covering the UpstateNY territory.• Provides deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advisesboth sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to useand integrate Siemens products effectively.• Develop, build, and cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholderswithin your assigned customer organization.• Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans toensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.• Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, developforecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.• Lead territory team reviews and updates of account plan based onchanging market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.• Provide deep technical knowledge in MR space, advise both salesand customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens MRIproducts effectively.• Remain current with MRI trends and market landscape.• Train andguide internal colleagues on these current MRI trends and narrate key talking points.• Effectivelyuse Siemens sales tools to enhance collaboration, communication, and to drivegrowth.• Mayinitiate the establishment of expert teams and facilitate those teamactivities.• Achievebusiness objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of accountwith product/solution/service offerings).

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role:• BS/BA inrelated discipline and 5+ years' experience in MR sales, marketing or clinicalrole specific to MR; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Successin building and sustaining effective customer relationships.• Seniorprofessional-level expertise, with extensive functional, commercial and/ortechnical knowledge in MR space.• Deepprofessional know-how and experience in MR; to effectively transfer and applyknow-how to/in various contexts. • Solidprofessional judgment and problem-solving competence. Ability to improveexisting processes and approaches.• Over 50%Travel required, within territory.

Preferred: • MRI salesor medical capital equipment experience, • Salesexperience selling in hospital environment, and • Experiencecarrying/exceeding large quotas with long sales cycles.• Ability to integrate analysis, development, testing and implementation.

Bonus points if you have • Professionalsales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills,Miller-Heiman, etc.

The pay range for this position is $67,000 -$93,000 and the annual commission target is $90,000. The actual wageoffered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience,knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
