Guild is hiring for a dynamic and driven Product Sales Principal to join our enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our product suite overall but will specialize in a newer product offering for our business. The Product Sales Principal will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with customers, developing new business opportunities, and providing product expertise. This individual will also play a key role in providing feedback on our product portfolio back to product leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through helping develop new customer relationships and leveraging existing ones.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the existing Key Account Directors to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets within that KAD’s territory.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs, present product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions that our new product(s) can help with.
- Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Guild’s recent, updated product offerings and stay informed on new product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage sales pipelines through Salesforce CRM, accurately forecasting sales, and tracking progress toward goals.
- Product Feedback: Help Guild product leaders stay informed on receptivity of Guild’s offering to the market to help enhance and improve our go-to-market across our product portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise field sales, preferably in product or services focused roles. Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in these roles relative to out-performing objectives. Â
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $175,000 - $193,750, as well as commission and company stock options.Â
