Product Solution Manager

Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility. We're also open to remote candidates.

The Product Solution Managers will drive product strategy for existing products in portfolio and ideate new products that have a focus on the challenges faced by our members, clients and providers. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to define marketable solutions that will create value for Quantum Health and our constituents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare transformation, population health management and a lens on how our warriors are best supported to deliver an optimal experience via multiple modalities.

What you'll do

• Focus on execution of the product lifecycle across your portfolio with a lens on market research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch.
• Partner with cross functional teams including solution experience, solution efficacy, marketing, sales, and account management.
• Document product objectives, value proposition, and build compelling business cases to ensure we are focused on solving the right problems and adding value.
• Translate product strategy into high level requirements and partner with solution experience team on product delivery.
• Develop and socialize product roadmaps.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and effectively manage your product portfolio.
• Develop sales strategies in partnership with marketing, sales, and account management.
• Identify potential external partners in delivering products, vendor relationship management.
• May be client facing as a subject matter expert on products and services.
• Help Quantum Health take on the hard stuff and make a difference.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

Required

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years' Product Development or Product Management experience.
• 3+ years' healthcare industry experience.
• Employer-sponsored healthcare experience.
• Digital healthcare experience.
• Experience with design thinking and agile development methodologies.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Strong teamwork mindset and communication skills.

• Passion for helping people.
• Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.

Preferred

• Population health or clinical condition management experience.
• Market analysis experience with financial modeling skills
• Payer or Solution Provider experience.
• Experience in matrixed organizations
